Oiling the body is a daily practice in the ancient tradition of Ayurveda. This body oil features nutrient rich herbs and flowers to help nourish, hydrate and sooth the skin while penetrating deeper into the tissues and easing tension.
How to use
Warm oil, Drop a quarter sized amount in palm of hand, distribute evenly, massage into scalp with fingers and palms, repeat this technique over the entire body for a minimum of 5 minutes, leave on 20 to 60 minutes and shower/ bathe as usual.
